Poppy is the undisputed boss of the clinic, and she isn’t afraid to let the staff know it. As our resident "Queen Bee," she spends her days monitoring front-desk logistics and ensuring that everything—from the break schedule to the treat jar—is strictly managed. She is even known to tell time, letting the team know exactly when the "office" should be closed for dinner.

When she isn’t overseeing hospital operations from her favorite vantage point atop the refrigerator, Poppy can be found in a sunny window, keeping a watchful eye on the Northern Neck birds or chasing the elusive red dot of a laser pointer. While she officially owns more toys than anyone else in the building, she is always willing to share her time for a quick greeting—provided it doesn't interrupt her busy schedule of napping in the sun.
