Our Policies

We strive to provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all our patients and their families. Please review our clinic guidelines below.

Annual Wellness Check (VCPR)

To provide prescriptions and treatments, we must establish and renew our relationship with your pet annually through a physical exam.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to a respectful environment. We appreciate friendly and courteous behavior toward our staff and other clinic visitors.

Surgery Cancellations & No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. Missing a surgery appointment without notice may result in a fee.

Surgery Late Arrivals

Surgery drop off is at 7:30a.m. To stay on schedule for surgical procedures, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for surgery drop off may be asked to reschedule.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept credit cards, and other standard methods. Owners with previous balances are required to pay 25% of their previous balance, and 100% of the services rendered. We cannot extend credit to clients.

Safety Protocol

For everyone's safety, all dogs must be on a leash and all cats must be in a secure carrier while in our clinic or waiting areas.

Prescription Refills

Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to process your prescription refill requests correctly.

Medical Records

Requests for the transfer of your pet's medical records will be processed within 3-5 business days.
